ملازم المنزل Homebound (مصطلح)

مصطلح ملازم المنزل يقصد به معاني مختلفة.

لكن التعريف المعتمد من التأمين الصحي الأمريكي هو: شخص غير قادر على الخروج من المنزل إلا لتلقي رعاية صحية (مثلا جلسات غسيل كلوي) أو لعمل رحلة قصيرة لسبب غير طبي نادرا (مثلا زيارة للبنك).

homebound

defined by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as unable to leave the home except to receive medical care or to have occasional non-medical trips
