This case will illustrate the roles and responsibilities of various members of the healthcare team. The case is laid out such that you are the child of a patient, Mr. Kehoe, who is being admitted to the hospital with stroke symptoms. You will take a journey through the hospitalization and meet the members of the healthcare team, and learn about how they contribute to your dad’s care. When you see an underlined profession, please hover your mouse over it and read the description of that profession, as you will be asked some questions at the end of the case. There will also be a pre-test at the beginning. Please proceed to the next page for the pre-test.
