A wonderful video. Thanks for sharing. But it is misleading. Americans are the ones who changed the healthcare "Service" to a "business", and i mean huge enterprises and companies as cleavland clinc the origin of this video. I think they are not honest in their video. I disagree. We need to keep sympathy but Empathy are for family and friends. Perhaps Islam says we are all brothers so brotherhood is for all the society. Empathy all times for all patients would make the careprovider disintegrate by time. The same way an epmathitic advanced dementia caregiver disintegrate after death of his beloved one. This video calls for empathy to provide sympathy at least. We should make a video containing a call for sympathy with health care providers who are one of the toughest jobs all over the world. This is not an excuse but a reminder to have sympathy with each other. I always tell colleagues, if you think of Elder abuse in an elderly look for caregiver stress and burnout before putting your last judgement.
