Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
Provides comprehensive community-based services and supports, including preventative, acute care and long-term services and supports. Services include adult day care services, inpatient and outpatient medical care, specialty services (e.g., dentistry, podiatry, physical therapy and occupational therapy), social services, in-home care, meals, transportation, day activity and housing assistance for individuals 55 or older as an alternative to nursing facility care.
